Delete your account

You can delete your RallyComs account yourself, in the phone app or on the web. Your account is erased 30 days after you ask, and you can change your mind until then.
In the app
- Open Me, then choose Delete my account.
- Say why you are leaving, if you want to.
- If you own an organization, pick what happens to it: hand it to someone on your team, or delete it too. An organization you delete is deleted for everyone in 7 days, with its reports and messages.
- Confirm with your password and your email. Your other phones and browsers are signed out right away.
- Sign in during the 30 days and choose Cancel deletion to keep your account. We email you when 7 days are left.
Can't sign in?
Email support@managebee.com from the address on your account, with "Delete my account" as the subject. We reply to confirm.
What is removed
- Your sign-in, profile, photo, phone number and emergency contacts are erased.
- Your phone's alert settings and notifications are erased.
- You leave every team and organization you are in.
- Shifts you have not worked yet become open spots for your team lead to fill.
What stays
Reports, alerts and messages you wrote stay with your organization, shown as Former member. They belong to the organization, and its team may still need them. An organization you handed over stays with its new owner.
