Early access

RallyComs is in early access. It is free while it is in early access, and there is no pricing yet. Some features have limits, and features may change. We may end early access or start pricing. If we do, we will tell you by email at least 30 days ahead, and you can export your organization's data before anything changes. We welcome your feedback, and we may use it to improve RallyComs.

RallyComs is not an emergency service

In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) first. RallyComs alerts, messages and phone notices depend on phones, networks and services RallyComs does not control, and can be late or not arrive. Never rely on RallyComs alone to get help.

Your account

• You either start your own organization, or join one by an invite, code or link from that organization. Keep your password to yourself, and tell your team lead if someone else may have used your account.
• Your organization can change your role, move you between teams, or turn your account off.
• Use your real name, so your team knows who is reporting and answering.

What you put in RallyComs

Reports, photos, messages and playbooks belong to your organization. Record only what your organization asks you to, and only what you have the right to share. Do not use RallyComs to harass anyone, to share anything unlawful, or to try to see information your role does not allow.

The Assistant

The Assistant answers from your team's playbooks and shows where each answer came from. It can be wrong. Check the playbook step it cites, and follow your team lead when they differ.

Changes to RallyComs

RallyComs is new and keeps improving, so features change. If these terms change, the date at the top changes, and big changes are shown in the app.

Limits

RallyComs is provided as it is. ManageBee works to keep it running and correct, but does not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and is not responsible for losses from it being unavailable or late, as far as the law allows.
